I help employers minimize the legal risks involved in making employment decisions without compromising their sound business needs and work with clients to formulate strategies to reduce risks associated with employee claims. A sample of the services offered include FLSA compliance review, employment contracts, Independent Contractor Agreements, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, day to day employment related matters, handbook and policy manual creation or review and supervisor training. My practice works with employers to ensure that they stay compliant with employment laws resulting in a rewarding workplace experience for employees and mitigating exposure for the employer.
